Boldacc is making its best effort to make its product images, description, videos as relevant so that there is no room for any kind of doubts & confusion in the mind of the customer before placing the order.
Placing the order from Boldacc means you are agreeing with our terms & conditions.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
It will be helpful for both of us in case if the damaged or wrong product has been received so that the exchange process can begin instantly.
Note - The process may take 7-10 days due to high volume of requests of emails/phone calls on a regular basis.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
- Exchange or return should begin within 7 days since the date of receiving the product.
- The request issue should raised to the Email support@boldacc.in
- Please make sure to send us the Invoice, Order Id & Image of the received product & the product should be in its original condition.
- The product should not be used, there should not be any kind of scratches or any removal of protective film from the product.
- Exchange will be available only if it passes the quality check process by our team.
- If the desired products gets out of stock from our inventory, a credit note of the said amount will be issued to our customer with a validity for one year from the date of activation of the same.
- Return only accepted if the product delivered is damaged. However, no return is allowed if customer changes his/her mind after delivery. In case he/she makes a mind to change the product customer needs to pay or bear the shipping charges.
- Replacement only accepted if the product delivered is damaged or wrong. Moreover, there will be no additional cost customer has to pay in that case. Any replacement/refund can take a time up to 7-10 business days for complete procedure.
- Any return/replacement must be requested via email with pictures of the delivered product within 24 hours after delivery
